Assessments

MPath Coaching offers several personality, behavioral, and leadership assessments for individuals and teams. These strengths and skills assessments help you discover your talents, blind spots, behavioral tendencies, and how you show up as a leader.  By building awareness of how you show up, you can make more conscious choices, maximize your potential, and develop empathy for others.

MPath Coaching is an Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC®.  To learn more about the power of Everything DiSC® in creating high-performing, collaborative and engaged teams, click here.

We also are certified to administer the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI), a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables people to hold mirrors up to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. The ELI is an attitudinal assessment that measures your level of energy based on your current perceptions of your world. Because attitude is subjective, you can alter your attitude and perspective, shift your consciousness, and increase your energy and leadership effectiveness.

The ELI was named by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 3 most important assessments every leader should take in order to optimize leadership skills, emotional intelligence, situational personal awareness and stress management. And, it’s only available through an iPEC Certified Coach.

In addition to Everything DiSC® and the ELI, we offer other powerful and scientifically validated assessments, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®), Emotional Quotient Inventory for Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360), and CliftonStrengths (StrengthsFinder 2.0).
